Sometimes when we deduct time or bill for Support Services we make a mistake it happens; maybe it should be covered under your Managed Workplace or you just are not happy with the service we will give you credit back or refund of TIME only or an amount of hours off of your next Support invoice.  

  • If you think there is an error you must Report it as an Issue on our website at  
  • If you have approval of the credit from us you can remit the time in question before your next payment due date.  
  • If you already paid the value in question it will be deducted from your next invoice time.

Cash Refund Values otherwise terminates all service agreements for continued support of anything covered under Managed Workplace plans or Client Success Services.
