Hold backs on any updates or programs require to Report Issue and considered as LOW priority as part of your plan to implement.
If an update happened that was not wanted you must have first reported it as an issue and accepted by our Technical team; Otherwise this will be a BREAK/FIX at the requested priority of your choice and the time will be deducted from your support plan.
If it was our error after approved then time is not billable; then Report Issue.
